Lilacs Waterfront Villas and Cottages, (formery The Lilacs Holiday Homes) Albany, overlooks and enjoys frontage to the Princess Royal Harbour. We are only four kilometers from the city centre, ideally located for exploring the wonders the region has to offer.

There are eight villas/cottages, two and three bedroom and are fully self contained, great for families, sleeping up to eight people. Our villas and cottages are all non-smoking.

Watch the sunrise over the harbour and listen to the birds each morning. The bird life at the 'Lilacs' is plentiful, the pellicans, black swans, ducks and other wading birds come and go in the tranquil setting. There is a lovely grassed area and children's playground. The bibbulmun track passes through the front of the property, easy access for an amazing leisurely stroll. Gas barbeques are on site as is a laundry. Everything you need for a great holiday
